STAE-SA's Micro-finance Program addresses a critical missing link for the end of poverty, unemployment and hunger in our communities in Africa. Our program provides economic empowerment to the most important but least supported hard working women in our communities in Africa.  In collaboration with our part organization, our program allows poor women who are usually excluded from the traditional banking system to obtain soft credit to develop micro-enterprises and to build savings.

Micro-finance has become a real means of reducing poverty by improving both people’s standard of living and economic self-sufficiency, as well as offering a pathway to education, health care and equity between men and women.
